EV Mail adds the following features to standard email functionality:

Embedded HTML content with option to design templates with built-in HTML WYSIWYG editor

Multilanguage selection of which template to use

Attachment of additional PDF documents

Attachment of related Sales Documents when emailing Statements and Reminders

Test Mode to ensure during the configuration and testing phase, that no email is sent outside your organization

Intelligent identification of email recipient

Option to use unlimited additional recipients

Keep it simple for the user. The user posts the document, and the batch Send Posted Documents will deliver the document based on the Document Sending Profile defined on the Customer Card. Documents can be delivered as:

Printed

Emailed

Exported to disk or upload to Azure Blob Storage e.g., in OIOUBL or PEPPOL format

Document Exchange Status Overview and Activity Log creation

Embedding PDF Sales-/Service Documents to OIOUBL and PEPPOL files.

Support for Microsoft E-Documents which includes:

Sending OIOUBL and PEPPOL BIS 3.0 formats with embedded PDF documents

Deliver files to an Azure Blob Storage

Updating Delivery Exchange Status with status from E-Documents
